The team at SAM have produced software that works for our salon. They are extremely responsive to any suggestions and issues and it is a reasonable price monthly. It does online bookings, POS, keeps client data records, integrates with email and text marketing and stock and staff report tracking. It also integrates payroll but we don't use that.

Always great and efficient service. User friendly system with great support and help when needed.

I started using SAM for my booking system a couple of years ago. Its made my life so much easier to manage appointments, stock and reports. Its also reduced loss of income due to retaining customers and their bookings & improved time management by keeping me on track with KPIs. The best part about SAM is the customer service fro Andrew and Vanessa. Nothing is too much trouble & they always go above and beyond and are very caring and friendly, and also moving with what the customers needs, moving forward and keeping things current, but are also keen to listen to feedback and make changes to improve with a happy an positive attitude. Great program , very easy to use . Support is awesome . We had 2 main computers crash a week apart . They went above and beyond to get us up and running again both times without delay . Highly recommend

We have been using SAM for over 3 years and their all customer support is amazing! So efficient and a bonus it’s Australian based. The simple, easy to navigate appointment book and POS makes life so easy, and the option to add online voucher purchases and an online store is great for our busy clients. I also love the fact I can access everything from my home computer too! Couldn’t recommend AustraliaPOS any more highly!
