License/Support

 

Each salon or clinic is allocated a PSR (Personal Support Representative). This means you speak to the same person for your support all the time. This person will know your system and your setup better than anyone and can usually provide you with immediate assistance.

 

In most occasions it’s the same person that does your installation and initial training.

 

 

License/Support includes:

 

•   Setting up remote access to your computer so we can provide support within minutes of you requesting      assistance.

•   Assistance with setting up your database for as long as you need it

•   Initial Training using remote access to your computer at the salon (As long as required to get you up to speed)

•   Telephone support Monday to Friday 9-5PM. (On going)

•   Setting up and the management of the online booking system

•   All future software upgrades (automatically on your system)

•   Daily 24 Hourly back ups of your salons valuable data OFFSITE (total data protection for you)

•   We load SAM also on your home computer so you can access the salon or clinic without the staff even knowing you are on.

•    Access to hundreds of features, including set and forget marketing, Email and SMS marketing, Letter Merge facilities, Wages, commissions, stock control etc.....

 

In the event of a theft, fire or even a serious computer crash where the hard drive is destroyed your data is 100% safe with AustraliaPOS via the SECURE OFFSITE Backup feature included.

 

We take looking after your data and providing support to our clients very seriously.
